Technical parameters

Gyratory crusher has a history of over 100 years. Compared with jaw crusher, its product size is uniform, wearing of crushing wall is small, operating rate is high and production capacity can reach up to 3-4 times. Since the direct turning mode is adopted for feeding, such production facilities as storage bin for raw ore and ore feeder can be omitted during coarse crushing of crushing production technology. It is the preferred typical equipment for large and medium sized mines and other industries for coarse crushing of various hard materials.

Generally, the Hydraulic Gyratory Crusher is produced to install the hydraulic device on lower part of its base to support the crushing cones. The safe insurance of crusher and adjustment of ore discharging mouth are realized by utilizing the hydraulic energy storage system. The unreliability of safety devices of original suspension shaft type gyratory crusher and shortage of troublesome adjustment of ore discharging mouth can be overcome to bring new life to the gyratory crusher.
